Return & Exchange Policy

Because Olavie Organics products include skincare, body-care and fragrance products, hygiene and product integrity are extremely important to us.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, tested, sprayed, unsealed, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons, except where the product is defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

An unopened product may be considered for return or exchange where legally applicable, provided that it is:

• unused and unopened;
• in its original packaging and condition;
• accompanied by proof of purchase; and
• returned within the applicable return period.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, leaking or defective product, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos/videos so we can review the issue.

Products should not be returned without first contacting Olavie Organics.

Refund Policy

Once a return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, eligible refunds will be processed through InstaPay or bank account number.

The customer will be asked to provide the necessary InstaPay details for the refund.

Refund processing may take a reasonable period after approval and verification of the returned product, where a return is required.

Original shipping fees and return-delivery fees may be non-refundable except where the refund results from an error by Olavie Organics, a defective product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Opened or used products are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
